Role

This is a part-time remote role (with potential for full-time in future) for a Senior Growth Marketer. We believe the best marketing lives at the intersection of story and strategy, where powerful creative meets performance data that actually moves the needle. Our mission? To set a new bar for what “great marketing” means in the modern world.

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer who can think strategically, move fast, and execute flawlessly, a builder who can bridge brand and direct response, and make both sing. You’ll support the execution of our marketing vision, driving full-funnel strategy across paid media, email, and programmatic channels that convert attention into revenue.

You’ll work alongside a team of A-players, guiding them to create campaigns that don’t just perform, but change the way people see what’s possible. You’ll also take the stage as a Subject Matter Expert in our workshops, sharing insights that shape how others in the industry think about marketing.

You will turn vision into numbers, data into story, and a brand into a movement, we’re excited to meet you!

We will also lean on you to help guide the branding and messaging of the company, specifically in three 

different domains:

  • B2B - to help drive awareness with potential health plan partners
  • B2C - driving patient enrollment and messaging
  • B2T - optimizing our recruitment for new Protera Health TEAM members

Responsibilities

  • Branding and messaging for the three domains above, with particular attention to highlighting our differentiation, value proposal, and strengths
  • Collateral design - of sales material, patient enrollment material, and staff recruitment ads
  • Digital content - help guide our messaging and branding of our digital content for the three domains above, working alongside the CEO in these efforts
  • Paid ads - specifically, B2B ads in LinkedIn
  • Integration of marketing collateral in Hubspot (B2B) and Salesforce (B2C) CRMs

Results

  • Increase in inbound B2B leads and appointments
  • Brand awareness and visibility
  • Engagement in paid ads
  • Improvement of conversion funnel for B2C patient enrollment

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital health a major plus
  • 8+ years in marketing and branding roles, experience, with track record of impactful campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with LInkedIn ads (paid)
  • Working knowledge of marketing functionality in Hubspot and Salesforce

Schedule and Compensation

  • Target ~10 hours per week, but flexible depending on skill set and experience
  • This is a fractional, contract-based role of approximately 10 hours per week. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, scope, and portfolio strength.
  • Expected hourly range: $125–$185 per hour, with flexibility for exceptional candidates with deep experience in: B2B healthcare and health plan marketing, Digital health brand strategy, PR, earned media, and executive communications, Multi-channel acquisition (B2C patient recruitment + clinician recruitment), Advanced LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation
  • The final rate will depend on the candidate’s background, demonstrated expertise, and ability to contribute strategically and tactically within a high-growth startup environment.
