As clinicians ourselves, we decided to create the “right” way to take care of patients - the way you would want your own loved ones with back and joint pain to be treated.

We are looking for Member Acquisition, Inside Sales Specialist who are excited to work hard and enroll patients into the Protera program. This is a busy, dynamic, energetic (and sometimes chaotic!) early-stage atmosphere where you can have a direct impact on patients and the organization. We are looking for individuals who thrive in this environment, and who can bring the right attitude, work ethic, and personality needed to become an integral part of the Protera Health team.

Job Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Being a positive representative of Protera Health
  • Performing Outreach and Engagement to bring in patients to Protera Health
  • Conducting outbound calls and digital outreach (SMS, email) to patients to provide information and to assist with enrollment into the program.
  • Providing education to patients on Protera Health’s value and the resources available to them once they enroll.
  • Managing inbound calls from potential patients.
  • Achieving member enrollment goals as driven by company KPIs.
  • Supporting patients by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and providing guidance and support.
  • Meticulously documenting all interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Working with patients to schedule appointments and follow-up care as needed.
  • Participating in training and development opportunities to stay current on healthcare trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience making 150-250 cold calls per day with success.
  • Some evening and weekend hours are ideal but not mandatory.
  • Reliable high speed internet-connection.
  • Able to work remotely in a quiet, clean, and well-lit space.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, empathy, and the ability to establish rapport with patients over the phone.

Bonus points if you have any of the following

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience with CRMs.
  • Experience in social work/community outreach.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid health plans.
  • Ability to scope and tackle ambiguous problems

Compensation:

- $41,600 - $60,000+ / Total Compensation

- Standard health benefits and PTO
